Next Day Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders
  • Place your order before 4:00pm UK time Monday-Thursday to receive it the next day
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday
  • Exclusions include public holidays and circumstances out of our control such as weather conditions

How Products Are Delivered

  • All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Track and Trace delivery service or equivalent
  • We’ll email you once your order is dispatched so you can check your order status, or you may track your order[ here|https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/]

Our Promise

  • If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay
  • Provided that we contact you, we are not liable for delays caused by the event
  • If there is risk of a delay of more than 14 days, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received
  • Please allow 14 days from the date of placing your order before reporting your order as undelivered — if we are unable to supply your products at that time, we will contact you to let you know and provide a revised delivery date, and you may cancel your order and request a refund if preferred

When You Become Responsible for and Own the Products

  • A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver it to the address you have provided
  • Please inspect your products upon delivery and promptly report any problems with your products to our Customer Contact Centre (details of which are provided in section 1.2 of Terms and Conditions)
  • You own a product once we have received payment in full
