How do I clean the outside of my Ploom device?
Clean the outside of the device and the AC adaptor regularly with a soft dry cloth after unplugging the AC adaptor.
Clean the device after it has cooled down.
Do not use detergents, solvents, volatile substances or compressed air to clean as doing so can damage the product and may cause it to malfunction.
