How often should I clean my Ploom device?
Cleaning is recommended after every 20 tobacco sticks used.
Switch off the device and disconnect it from the charger before cleaning.
Please note that the device remains hot immediately after use.
Only clean the device when it has cooled down.
We recommend using cleaning tools specifically developed for Ploom devices or, commercially available soft, non-abrasive cleaning tools such as pipe cleaners.
