I left my Ploom device in a high-temperature place for a long period of time. Is it alright to use the device?
Please refrain from storing the device at high temperatures as this can cause device failures.
If you have left your device in a hot environment for a long period, we highly recommend that you replace your device to avoid unexpected damage or malfunctions.
