During use, the EVO tobacco stick descends in the heat chamber below the perforation line. Is this normal?
As the moisture within the EVO tobacco stick diminishes, during use, shrinkage can occur which may introduce some movement.
Within the device design there are 4 gripping ribs at the top of the oven; this helps hold the stick in place without compromising stick insertion.
