Insertion of EVO Tobacco Sticks
When I insert the EVO tobacco sticks into the device up to the point that the ventilation holes are visible, the tobacco stick does not fit snugly into the heating chamber.
Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. When the EVO tobacco sticks are inserted into a Ploom S device, it is likely that you will push the stick deep into the device through usage. The ventilation holes will still be visible.
If I insert the tobacco stick further, the tobacco stick fits well.
Can this damage the device?
Pushing the tobacco sticks deeper will not damage the device. This will not damage the stick either unless the stick is forced into the heating chamber.
