How do I register my device?
In order to register your Ploom device, you must be logged into your account.
Once logged in, click on ‘Account’ and select ‘My Account Dashboard’.
Once you are in the account dashboard, select ‘My Devices’ from the menu on the left.
Click on ‘Register a new device’ and follow the instructions.
You will need your Ploom device serial number in order to register your device, which can be found on the bottom of your device.
