Can I re-start using my Ploom device after not using it for a while?
The battery in Ploom devices gradually discharges over time even when not used and may need to be recharged.
In this case, it may take more than 90 minutes to be fully charged.
If Ploom S has been stored at high temperatures (>45C), high humidity or in direct sunlight the battery may have been damaged.
If you notice anything different at the time of use, please stop using it immediately.
