Why can’t I recharge the device?

1 - The device will not charge if the temperature is >35C or <0C. If the environment is in this range, move to a cooler or warmer environment and allow the device to acclimatise before charging.

2 - It’s possible that the USB connector is not connected properly. Please check the cable connection.

3 - If the device still fails to charge, try a different Ploom USB Type C charger/cable.

4 - If the device still fails to charge, reset it by closing the cover, pressing the button 5 times and then holding it down for 5 seconds.
The reset is confirmed by vibration and the LED display.
Please now recharge the device.
