What should I do if the battery/device is so hot that I cannot even handle it?
If the device is used intensively (e.g. multiple EVO sticks are consumed with no break between sessions) some heat build-up may occur.
If the heat build-up exceeds the normal operating range of the device, a light on the LED display will move up and down and the device will not operate until it has cooled to an appropriate temperature.
If the device feels hot when it has not been used, this may indicate a battery failure. In this case please contact the Ploom Customer Care Team and do not use the device.
