There is no residual battery power even after recharging my Ploom device correctly
The battery may run out quickly if the device is in a low-temperature environment. Please wait until the device returns to a normal temperature before recharging the battery.
Significant shortening of the usage time could mean that the battery has reached the end of its useful life due to deterioration.
The battery in Ploom device is not user replaceable and the device will need to be replaced.
