How do I Refer a Friend? / How does this referral program work?
Start by navigating to your Account Dashboard on ploom.co.uk.
If you do not currently have an account, you will need to create one. You will also need to be a member of the Ploom Club. You can join by opting in when you create your account or, for existing account holders, login and opt in via the ‘Communication Preferences’ section of your Account Dashboard.
Once you’re a member, you’ll be able to see the ‘Refer a Friend’ section under ‘Ploom Club’ in your Account Dashboard. Here you will find a £15 off Referral Code to share with your friends, which gives them a £15 discount off the Ploom Starter Bundle.
If your friend goes on to make their first purchase of a Ploom Starter Bundle from ploom.co.uk using your Referral Code at checkout, you will receive 200 Ploom points (worth £20). You must ensure you have obtained your friend’s permission before referring them and sending them the Referral Code.
You can make multiple referrals subject to our terms and conditions. Provided that the terms and conditions are complied with, you will receive 200 Ploom points for each friend you refer who goes on to purchase a Ploom Starter Bundle.
