Can I change the date I receive my monthly subscription?
You can’t change the exact date you receive the package, but you can change your billing date. Your subscription products will then be sent via our usual fast delivery service, within 1-3 days. Delivery may take longer if affected by public holidays or circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions.
To change your billing date from the Ploom website, visit "My Subscription" in your Account Dashboard. Scroll down the page until you reach the "Payment Information" section, click "Edit Billing Date", and follow the outlined steps. The date can be amended until the day before your current billing date. For example, if your billing date is on the 15th of each month, you can change the date up until 11:59 PM on the 14th.
