Can I change the products I receive in my monthly subscription?
Yes, you have the flexibility to easily manage your subscription details at any time, including which products you receive from the Ploom website, visit "My Subscription" in your Account Dashboard. In the "Monthly Plan" section, click "Edit Monthly Plan" and follow the outlined steps to add, delete, or change the products and quantities you receive in your subscription. Any changes you make will take effect in the following month’s delivery.
