Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can easily pause, cancel or change your EVO monthly subscription anytime from your Account Dashboard on the Ploom website. Select "My Subscription" from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Click "Pause Subscription" to temporarily stop your monthly deliveries. When you are ready to restart your subscription, return to this page and click "Resume Subscription".
