How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
You can easily cancel your EVO monthly subscription on the Ploom website, just go to your Account Dashboard, and select "My Subscription" from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. Click "Cancel Subscription" to stop your monthly deliveries.
You can cancel your subscription any time, however please note that in order for the cancellation to take effect immediately, you must cancel your subscription before your monthly billing date. If you cancel after your monthly billing date has passed, you will receive your delivery for the current month and the cancellation will take effect the following month.
