My subscription didn’t arrive. What do I do?
First, visit "My Subscription"in your Account Dashboard to make sure you have an active EVO monthly subscription. Then, ensure that your payment details are correct and that there are no error messages or problems completing your subscription payment. If everything looks correct on your Account Dashboard, contact the Ploom Care Team at 0800 876 6594, who will be happy to help.
