The subscription items I received were incorrect. What do I do?
First, visit "My Subscription" in your Account Dashboard to make sure the items listed there are the ones you intended to purchase. If everything looks correct on your Account Dashboard, or you have any other questions, contact the Ploom Care Team at 0800 876 6594, who will be happy to help. If there’s a mistake on your Account Dashboard, you can edit your subscription to ensure the correct items reach you in future deliveries.
