Ploom Competition Terms & Conditions

1.     This prize draw is only open to existing Ploom users that are UK residents with an account at Ploom.co.uk and are aged 18 years or over.  This prize draw is not open to members of the general public, employees of the Organiser and their families, the Organiser’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.

2.     To enter the prize draw you must:

a.     Follow the @PloomUK Instagram page

b.     Like the Ploom Advanced prize draw post

c.      Send a direct message to @PloomUK stating your favourite thing about Ploom

3.     The opening date for entries is 21st March. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 27th March. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

4.     By submitting a prize draw entry, you are confirming that you accept these terms and conditions and will provide us with your full name, email associated with your Ploom account and postal address. One entry per person. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

5.     20 winners will be selected at random by a computer process on 2nd April.

6.     Winners will receive one Ploom X Advanced device.

7.     The Organiser will contact each winner individually within seven days of the Closing Date, using the direct message on Instagram. If a winner cannot be contacted by 12th April a new winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.

8.     Winners must claim their prize by responding to the Instagram direct message by 12th April. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed by this date.

9.     The prize will be sent by Royal Mail to winners at the address supplied at the cost of the Organiser within 28 days of winners claiming their prize.

10.  Please note, the prize is non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged, is non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.

11.  The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize.

12. By entering into this prize draw, entrants agree that the Organiser, and any agencies acting on its behalf, may process any personal data submitted by the entrants (such as name, address, email address and telephone number) for the purposes of running this prize draw. This may include publication of your name to other entrants if you are a winner of the prize draw. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties outside of the Organiser’s group of companies or transferred outside the EU.

13.  The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

15.  Entrants acknowledge and accept Instagram will not have any liability to the entrants and the entrants and winners fully release Instagram from any liability in connection with the prize draw.

16.  This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or associated with Instagram and entrants and winner(s).
