Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is only open to existing Ploom users that are UK residents with an account at Ploom.co.uk and are aged 18 years or over. This prize draw is not open to members of the general public, employees of the Organiser and their families, the Organiser’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.
2. This is a free prize draw with no direct or indirect cost of entry
3. To enter the prize draw you must:
a. Follow the @PloomUK Instagram OR Facebook page
b. Like the Ploom 5th Birthday post on Instagram OR Facebook
c. Comment when you started your Ploom journey in the last 5 years on the designated post on Instagram OR Facebook
4. The opening date for entries is 29.10.25. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 01.12.25 (“closing date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
5. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are confirming that you accept these terms and conditions and will provide us with your full name, email associated with your Ploom account and postal address. One entry per person. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
6. 5 winners will be selected at random on 02.12.2025.
7. Each winner will receive a physical £500 pre-paid mastercard. Winners are responsible for complying with all applicable T&Cs relating to the pre-paid mastercard (link to Terms and conditions for our pre-paid mastercards). Valid for at least 12 months after purchase.
8. The Organiser will contact each winner individually within five days of the Closing Date, using the direct message on Instagram. If a winner cannot be contacted by 07.12.25 a new winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.
9. Winners must claim their prize by responding to the Instagram direct message, providing the address they would like the prize to be delivered to by 07.12.25. Prizes will be forfeited if not claimed by this date.
10. The prize will be sent physically to winners at the address supplied at the cost of the Organiser within 28 days of winners claiming their prize.
11. Please note, the prize is non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged, is non-negotiable and there is no prize or cash alternative.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize.
13. By entering into this prize draw, entrants agree that the Organiser, and any agencies acting on its behalf, may process any personal data submitted by the entrants (such as name, address, email address and telephone number) for the purposes of running this prize draw. This may include publication of your name to other entrants if you are a winner of the prize draw. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties outside of the Organiser’s group of companies or transferred outside the EU.
14. The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
16. Entrants acknowledge and accept Instagram will not have any liability to the entrants and the entrants and winners fully release Instagram from any liability in connection with the prize draw.
17. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or associated with Instagram and entrants and winner(s).
18. Any tax implications from the winning of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
19. Under no circumstances will the Organiser (or any of its group companies) be liable directly or indirectly (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the prize draw or any prize connected with it.
