When you buy a new device from us, you can return your old device to one of our
Ploom Lounges or Pop-up stores 
and we will dispose of it responsibly for you.
Please note, we cannot accept leaking or disassembled products.

As a responsible business, we comply with and contribute to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (also known as WEEE) obligations.  The scheme provides financial contributions from manufacturers and retailers to local authorities to support their recycling centres and divert household waste from landfill.
