Heated tobacco is different to cigarettes

Although there are some similarities – both use real tobacco – heated tobacco offers a different experience to smoking.

For starters, while cigarettes burn tobacco, heated tobacco warms tobacco without burning it. Our Ploom X Advanced device uses HeatFlow ^TM technology to secure the tobacco stick in place and allow air to flow freely around it, creating efficient, fast heating and a richer taste. As the tobacco is not burnt, no smoke or smoke smell is produced. Instead, our Ploom X Advanced device creates an authentic tobacco vapour. No combustion also means no ash, so minimal mess.

Ploom X Advanced is also cheaper than smoking cigarettes. According to our calculations, you could save £4,234* by the end of next year 

Lastly, we believe Ploom X Advanced has strong potential to reduce the risk associated with smoking. In fact, it has a 90-95% reduction on average in the levels of 9 constituents recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) for reduction in cigarette smoke**. This does not mean that the use of Ploom X Advanced is safe or eliminates health or addiction risks associated with tobacco use. No tobacco product is safe.
