- Order by 15th December for delivery before Christmas.
- FREE on orders £10 or over.
- For orders £9.99 and under chose from; £1.99 not signed for; or £2.99 signed for.
- All deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Tracked service.
- Place your order before 3:00pm UK time Monday-Thursday to receive it in 1-3 days.
- Delivery may take longer if affected by public holidays or circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions.
- All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Track and Trace delivery service or equivalent.
- We’ll email you once your order is dispatched so you can check your order status, or you may track your order here.
- If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
- Provided that we contact you, we are not liable for delays caused by the event.
- If there is risk of a delay of more than 14 days, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
- Please allow 14 days from the date of placing your order before reporting your order as undelivered — if we are unable to supply your products at that time, we will contact you to let you know and provide a revised delivery date, and you may cancel your order and request a refund if preferred.
- A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver it to the address you have provided.
- Please inspect your products upon delivery and promptly report any problems with your products to our Ploom Care Team (details of which are provided in section 1.2 of Terms and Conditions).
- You own a product once we have received payment in full.
