Both the Ploom X Advanced and the Ploom S devices contain electronic and battery components that are not suitable for disposal in your general waste. 

Please treat this as any other small electronic item and either dispose of it via a dedicated kerbside collection provided by your local authority or take it to your local household waste recycling facility.
Your local authority will be able to confirm what services are available to you.
It should not be disposed of in your general waste. 

Do not attempt to disassemble the device. 
The Ploom device contains a lithium-ion battery which should be removed only by trained professionals.

Heated tobacco sticks can be very hot after a session, so be careful and ensure to only handle the filter of the EVO tobacco stick straight after a session.  

Here's how to dispose of a used EVO tobacco stick:
1. Take out your used tobacco stick. Be careful - it might be hot straight after you've used it. 
2. Close the over to ensure your Ploom X Advanced device is switched off.
3. Leave it in a stick tray until it cools down, and then put it in the bin.
