Where can I find my Ploom X serial number?
Here's how to find your Ploom X Advanced serial number.
Gently remove your Ploom X Advanced front panel, and have a look underneath. You'll be able to see your Ploom X Advanced serial number about halfway down your Ploom X Advanced, in the centre.
Alternatively, you can also check the back of your Ploom device packaging.
