How do I clean my Ploom S device?
Cleaning Ploom S is really easy.
Here's how to clean Ploom S using the Ploom cleaning tool:
1. Make sure your Ploom device is switched off, and disconnected from the charger.
2. If you've just used your Ploom S, wait until it has cooled down. Be careful - it can be hot just after you've used it.
3. Insert the Ploom cleaning tool and turn it a couple of times - this should do the job.
If you're wondering how often to clean your Ploom S, we'd recommend checking to see if there's any residue every time you finish a pack of EVO tobacco sticks.
